Returns
We accept returns for unworn, unwashed, and unused items with original tags and packaging intact within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return, please email us at Research@beyond-normal.net with your order number and reason for the return. If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions for shipping the item back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at [Research@beyond-normal.net] with photos and order details. We’ll make it right.
Final Sale Items
All clearance or sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.
